The Eagle Cap Wilderness Area encompasses over 350,000 acres. I have logged well over 1,000 miles in this area, and for me it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. You can find about 70 high-elevation lakes, all kinds of wildlife, deep canyons, deep forests, high peaks, and all the solitude you could want!
