WILL THIS REJUVENATE OUR SPACE PROGRAM?

At a time when China is gaining dominance in the world, this sounds like a kick in the pants for our space program. I have always been a supporter of such things, and I don't care for the sound of this article. If they are getting ready to go to the moon and start using it to their advantage, maybe we should get busy.
