HOME AND FEELING BETTER

My dad is home from the hospital, and he is feeling better. It's hard for him to get up and move around, dress himself, and do other everyday things due to his lack of energy, but he is glad to be at home and we are happy to have him there! Thanks much for all your well-wishes. It will be a long haul for all involved, but for now things are going o.k.

Glad your dad is feeling better.

If you are taking precautions with his diet, I highly recommend these two sites for ideas:

USDA Nutrient Database --

and the
Agricultural Research Service Phytochemical Database--

I hope that's not too intrusive of me. I know everyone has advice when it is least wanted, but I did find these sites useful when I was exploring ways to improve my own energy levels and overall health.

Once again, best of luck.

Thanks much!

I think it's soon going to be time for to get back to spouting some belligerent invective against the Dark Side! It will be cathartic and therapeutic.

Thanks, Amerikan Alien! I have been meaning to ask, what kind of birds have you rehabilitated? Birdwatching is a real passion of mine... I subscribe to a great magazine called Wildbird... good pictures, great articles.
